- What is the minimum order?
There is a minimum Pre NOD List order of 500 leads and they are $.79 each.
- Can you pull a count and tell me how many leads are available in my area?
Unfortunately, we can not pull counts. Instead, you can tell us how many leads that you want to purchase in your zip codes or counties. Once the order has been placed, the only time there will be an issue is when there are not enough leads to fulfill your order, at which time you’ll be contacted with options (cancel you order, add more zip codes, etc).
- How and when will my Pre NOD List be delivered?
Your Pre NOD list will be delivered via Excel Spreadsheet within 24 hours after you place your order. If you’re waiting on the Monday publication date, then your order will be placed on Monday morning and your leads delivered by Tuesday at 5 p.m.
- How should I select the leads for my Pre NOD List?
You can choose to have leads delivered from certain zip codes, counties or cities. When using zip codes, you’ll need to provide us with at least 10 zip codes and indicate whether you want them pulled randomly or in order of preference. You can also add filters that pertain to mortgage balances (minimums/maximums). Just remember that any time a filter is added, the counts will decrease and you may not be able to obtain enough leads.
- Does my marketing piece have to be approved to order a Pre NOD list?
Yes. However, give me a call to discuss which marketing piece you’ll be sending. Alot of the well known pieces have already been approved (i.e. Yellow Letters)
- Can I get a discount for ordering large quantities?
Yes, discounts are available for Pre NOD List orders of 5,000 or more.
- What information do I get with my Pre NOD List order?
You’ll get property owner’s name, mailing address, status of their mortgage (30-60-90 days late), mortgage balance, equity indicators, credit score, and some other info that may or may not be useful. You do not get phone numbers by default. You can request phone numbers, but there are special ordering instructions that must be carefully followed. Call us for more information on that.
- How accurate are these leads?
The Pre Nod List is updated every 3 weeks on Mondays. See the the publication dates (the dates when the updates are made) below for a schedule of the latest updates. While it is best to order on or near a publication date, the leads are always fresh and up to date!!
